This role is not the Primary Individual Accountable For The Responsibilities Listed Below But will serve as a back up to each of the primary technicians assigned to these roles. Responsibilities <ul><li> Timely retrieval of all discharged patient records inclusive of </li></ul>inpatient acute care, inpatient rehab, swing bed, observation, outpatient surgery and emergency room visits. <ul><li> Efficiently scans the above medical records into the patient\'s </li></ul>electronic health record and properly assigns document mnemonics <ul><li> accurately analyzes each patient record to ensure all necessary </li></ul>documents are present and any missing electronic signatures are identified. Requirements Minimum qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent. Previous medical office experience inclusive of document management beneficial. EOE ### Job Location: On-Site
