Seeking an experienced healthcare operations and policy professional to assist in developing a comprehensive library of operational documents for a growing healthcare staffing agency.
Provides licensed and certified healthcare professionals to schools, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, outpatient clinics, physician practices, long-term care facilities, government agencies, and other healthcare organizations.
Recently secured our first school-based healthcare staffing contract and are looking for a knowledgeable consultant to develop professional, implementation-ready documentation that supports healthcare staffing operations, regulatory compliance, and organizational growth.
This is not a copywriting or marketing project. We are seeking a long-term partner with experience creating healthcare operational documents, employee handbooks, policy and procedure manuals, and compliance programs for healthcare organizations.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three (3) years of experience developing healthcare employee handbooks, policy and procedure manuals, or operational documentation.
Experience supporting healthcare staffing agencies, hospitals, home health agencies, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, physician practices, or other healthcare organizations.
Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, human resources, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent technical writing, grammar, proofreading, and document organization skills.
Ability to translate healthcare regulations into clear, practical workplace policies.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including professional document formatting, tables of contents, headers, footers, and editable templates.
Deliverables
All documents should be professionally written and suitable for implementation within a healthcare staffing organization.
