Key Responsibilities: • Source candidates for blue-collar roles effectively • Post job ads on MCF, FastJobs, JobStreet, and social platforms • Screen and interview candidates via various channels • Manage pipelines to meet fast client turnarounds • Maintain accurate records of candidates in Excel

Requirements: • CEI Certified (Basic / KAH) • At least 2 years recruitment experience • Proven track record of hitting KPIs • Comfortable in fast-paced environments • Resourceful and execution-driven
