Group Head of Exposure Management

About you and the role: Reporting to the Group CRO, The Group Head of Exposure Management is responsible for establishing and leading a centralised Exposure Management (EM) function, providing a single, authoritative view of underwriting exposure across the Group. As Enstar’s underwriting footprint expands, including increased participation in quota shares, Lloyd’s FAL participations, fronting arrangements and the acquisition of Accident Fund Holdings (AFG), this role is critical to ensuring that underwriting growth is supported by robust aggregation, visibility and control of tail and correlation risks. The role will define and own the Group exposure management framework and works closely with underwriting, M&A, reserving, capital modelling and reinsurance to support disciplined portfolio management and executive decision making. This is a senior, high-impact role with significant exposure to executive leadership and the Risk Committee, requiring both deep technical expertise and strong strategic and leadership capability. Note that exact reporting line and interactions with AFG are yet to be finalised.
