This role is ideal for an early-career designer who is comfortable working in <em>Figma</em>, understands how designs translate to the <em>web</em>, and is actively using modern <em>AI</em> tools to improve speed, quality, and creativity. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to design and build visually engaging, user-friendly digital assets.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design clean, modern visual assets for websites, landing pages, and digital marketing campaigns</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create and maintain design files, components, and layouts in <em>Figma</em></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Translate design concepts into basic <em>web</em>-ready implementations (HTML/CSS and light front-end updates)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support <em>website</em> updates, page builds, and minor UI enhancements in collaboration with developers</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Apply <em>AI</em>-powered design and productivity tools to accelerate ideation, asset creation, and iterations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback efficiently</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate asynchronously with cross-functional, remote teams</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">1–3 years of professional experience in graphic or digital design</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrable experience designing for the <em>web</em> (UI layouts, responsive design, digital assets)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Working knowledge of <em>Figma</em> for design, prototyping, and collaboration</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Basic <em>web</em> development skills, including HTML and CSS, with an understanding of how designs are implemented on the <em>web</em></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Practical experience using <em>AI</em> tools in a design or creative workflow (e.g., <em>AI</em> image generation, layout assistance, content or asset enhancement)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Non-negotiable:</strong> Prior experience working in a fully remote role, with strong fluency in remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar).
