Multi-Unit Executive General Manager – Chick-fil-A | Southwest Texas A premier Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator in the Southwest Texas region is seeking an experienced Multi-Unit Executive General Manager to lead operations across two high-volume locations.

We rarely seek external candidates for leadership roles at this level, making this a unique opportunity to join a premier Owner/Operator and contribute at the multi-unit stage.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior management experience within Chick-fil-A is required (resumes without this will not be considered)
  • Operator experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record in high-volume restaurant operations, team leadership, and driving results
  • Willingness to relocate to the Southwest Texas region
  • Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Full P&L accountability across two locations
  • Lead restaurant teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences and operational excellence
  • Partner closely with the Owner/Operator to achieve growth goals and uphold Chick-fil-A standards
  • Drive sales, profitability, and team development
Compensation:
  • Base salary approximately $150,000 (negotiable based on experience) with the opportunity to earn in excess of $200,000 with the right experience and ability to deliver results
  • Significant incentive compensation tied to business growth and performance metrics
