These individuals will support heavy civil construction projects, working closely with equipment operators and gaining valuable hands-on experience. What You’ll Need

• One year prior experience in mining, utilities, or earth works as a laborer
• Background as a track hoe or skid steer operator is preferred
• Basic understanding of construction site safety practices
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus
• Ability to pass pre-access drug and alcohol test
• Valid driver’s license
