This role will focus on building and evolving a modern microfrontend ecosystem, including shared component libraries used by multiple product teams. The ideal candidate is a React and TypeScript expert with strong architectural experience, a passion for clean, maintainable code, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable React applications and shared component libraries.</li><li>Drive front-end architecture within a microfrontend ecosystem.</li><li>Collaborate with product owners, designers, back-end engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.</li><li>Champion code quality, performance optimization, testing, and best practices.</li><li>Leverage modern development tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity and delivery.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Required Skills</u></strong></p><ul><li>Expert-level proficiency in <strong>TypeScript</strong> (strict typing, generics, utility types, type-safe APIs).</li><li>Deep expertise with <strong>React 18+</strong>, including hooks, context, component composition, and performance optimization.</li><li>Strong experience designing and supporting <strong>microfrontend architectures</strong> and shared UI libraries.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>React Query</strong> for state management, caching, and data fetching.</li><li>Experience with <strong>Auth0</strong> and token-based authentication.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>CSS Modules, SCSS, responsive design, and theming</strong>.</li><li>Experience building and maintaining component libraries using <strong>Storybook 7+</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>Vite</strong> or similar modern build tools.</li><li>Strong Git, code review, CI/CD, and semantic versioning practices.</li><li>Experience with <strong>Jest</strong>, <strong>React Testing Library</strong>, and <strong>MSW</strong>.</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>REST APIs</strong>, error handling, and type-safe integrations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul><li>Experience with <strong>Material UI (v6)</strong> and advanced theming.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>semantic-release</strong> and automated release pipelines.</li><li>Experience working with <strong>Figma</strong>, design systems, and design-to-code workflows.</li><li>Exposure to the <strong>InsurTech</strong> domain.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>GraphQL</strong>.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If interested, please send your resume to <strong><u>harish.gotur@tieto.com</u></strong></p>
