Finance Executive – Bookkeeping(Zoho)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, preferably using Zoho, and a strong understanding of compliance and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Zoho Books
  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping activities (invoices, expenses, bank reconciliation)
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions
  • Prepare financial reports and statements as required
  • Support compliance filings (GST, TDS, etc.) and assist during audits
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants (CA/auditors)
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in finance/accounting roles
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (mandatory/preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting
  • Experience working in startups or handling multiple clients

Compensation

  • As per industry standards (part-time role)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
