Female Team Lead (IT /Technical Recruitment) (Work from Home)

Job Title: Team Lead(IT Recruitment) -(FEMALE)-WFH

Team handling and client management (key accounts management) experience is must

• Must have 5 + years in IT and 3+ years as Team lead Responsible for handling a Team and training recruiters.
• Responsible for sharing requirements with the team and vendors. Responsible for technical screening/Interviewing candidates.
• Involved in Client meetings on a daily and weekly basis. Responsible for sharing Q&A with client managers.
• Experience in Vendor and Client/stakeholder management.
• Expert working on MSP and VMS.
• Experience in the paperwork of candidates/Employees.
• Experience in retaining candidates/Employees.
• Experience working on ATS.
• Experience in candidate delivery on projects.
• Submitting daily and weekly performance reports
• Good Communication Skills

Must have Laptop & WIFI connection. Rounds of Interview, L1- Video Call L2- Video Call Office Timing will be 9.30 to 6.30 Monday to Saturday ( 2nd and 4th Saturday Off)
