**What You'll Do**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Researching and problem-solving to provide personalized solutions to customers, thinking critically and proactively to address their needs
  • Operating with empathy, active listening, and compassion to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable
  • Collaborating with Team Members and Managers using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack to cultivate a customer-centric culture of collaboration
  • Adapting to change with the business needs of the company, being flexible with your schedule, and working overtime as needed
  • Maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies and procedures

**What You'll Need**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening abilities, demonstrated through a written assessment
  • Ability to multi-task, maintain a conversation on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes, and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Skill in computer usage for data entry and efficient internet browsing to assist customers
  • Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the company, being flexible with your schedule, and working overtime as needed
  • Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information
  • High school graduate or equivalent experience
  • Willingness and ability to pass a background check

**Technical Requirements**

To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:

  • A work area large enough to accommodate computer monitors and free from distractions, including background noise
  • A reliable wired, high-speed internet and broadband connection, with a download speed of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps
  • A computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, webcam, and phone line (not required, but a cell phone or tablet can be used for two-factor authentication)
