All Seniors Care Living Centres is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive/Personal Assistant to support a Senior Executive at our Head Office in Toronto. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, professional, and able to manage confidential information in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedules, and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare related documentation
- Track and follow up on action items independently
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Support executives with administrative and personal tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Qualifications
- 2–3 years’ experience supporting senior executives
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information
- Flexible availability as required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is an asset
