The Role
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production processes and ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and documentation to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze and interpret blueprints and machine schematics to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Provide technical support and expertise for the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
- Identify and implement solutions for repairing mechanical equipment, minimizing downtime and maximizing output.
- Analyze and implement product or machinery designs for the best method for manufacturing processes.
- Propose and evaluate the processes for equipment in assigned area.
- Direct the design, development, and/or improvement of manufacturing processes for assigned area.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of new products and components.
- Provide direction to engineering support groups and vendors.
- Evaluate or monitor expenditures on processes and/or equipment.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with various machining and assembly processes.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment.

- Experience with Paint Process and Equipment
