E-Commerce Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager Needed for Medical Apparel Brand (Monthly Management) - Contract to Hire

We are VÉO Scrubs ( a new premium medical apparel brand focused on high-quality scrubs for healthcare professionals.

We're looking for an experienced Google Ads + Meta Ads specialist to work with us on a long-term monthly basis. This is not a one-time setup—we're looking for someone who can continuously optimize and scale our campaigns.

Current Ad Spend

Our planned monthly ad budget is approximately:

Google Ads: Up to $5,000/month

Meta (Facebook & Instagram): Up to $2,000/month

(TikTok experience is a bonus.)

Our advertising budget is separate from your management fee.

What We Need

We're looking for someone who can:

Audit our current Google Ads and Meta campaigns

Identify why our campaigns are not converting

Optimize Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns

Improve ROAS and lower CPA

Build a scalable acquisition strategy

Monitor and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis

Clearly communicate performance and recommendations

Experience with e-commerce brands is required. Experience with apparel or medical products is a plus.
