E-Commerce Customer Service & Order Processing Specialist

A leading Manufacturer of Outdoor Living Products located in Pomona CA is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused E-Commerce Customer Service & Order Processing Specialist to support our growing online business. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience across all e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve issues related to orders, shipping, returns, and product questions
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and brand representation
Order Processing
  • Accurately process and manage daily e-commerce orders
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Monitor order status and shipping updates
E-Commerce Support
  • Assist in managing online storefronts (e.g., Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart, etc.)
  • Identify and report system or fulfillment issues
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or order processing
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, Wayfair, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
