Dispatcher-Daily Pay

Responsible for dispatching and tracking scheduled delivery activities to ensure a timely process and flow of materials. Schedules the movement of all inbound and outbound goods and services with shipping, receiving, security and other departments as necessary.

Dispatch trucks and all orders to be processed.

Ensure parts and services are delivered in a timely manner.

May have to handle UPS orders and customer pickups.

Ensure that all vendors' parts are correctly processed per company policy.

Ensure that all returns to vendors are done correctly following company policy.

High School Diploma/GED

~Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Basic computer skills.

Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently.

Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements).
