Disability and Leave of Absence Lead

<p>As a Disability and Leave of Absence Lead at PayPal, you’ll be a key part of the HR team. You’ll have the opportunity to work with people from all areas of the business to ensure that disability and leave of absence processes are operating smoothly. This role requires a motivated and collaborative individual who can develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.To excel in this position, you should have solid knowledge of applicable laws, experience with complex policies, and the ability to think outside the box to develop creative solutions. You should also be highly organized, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team.
