Director, GTM Program Management & Analytics
Description:
- Own launch planning and execution end-to-end, from early planning through post-launch review.
- Maintain a single coordinated launch plan across Studio, Commercial, WPN, Marketing, and Analytics.
- Build repeatable launch programs and in-store activations that drive consistent retail outcomes.
- Produce and manage a centralized GTM enablement toolkit, including playbooks, readiness checklists, and FAQs.
- Run the launch cadence, including readiness reviews, executive updates, and post-launch retrospectives.
- Define and own launch performance measurement across traffic, event participation, sell-through, and revenue.
- Build reporting infrastructure and dashboards to track project and program health.
- Translate performance data into execution changes and prioritization decisions.
- Coordinate trade and channel initiatives such as promotions, toolkits, in-store activation, and retailer enablement.
- Align website and digital touchpoints with launch plans to support player participation paths.
Requirements:
- Senior leadership experience owning go-to-market or launch program management for retail or combined physical/digital products.
- Demonstrated ability to design and operate cross-functional launch processes at scale.
- Strong analytical capability, including building performance frameworks and interpreting complex data.
- Experience with trade and channel campaigns, including retail partner coordination and store-facing enablement.
- Clear, concise communication with senior stakeholders and experience owning executive readouts.
- Structured operating mindset with experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with specialty or hobby retail networks, including LGS-style ecosystems (preferred).
- Experience supporting retail outcomes through consumer-facing digital surfaces such as web or app (preferred).
- Experience running formal operating cadences such as WBR, MBR, or QBR and launch governance processes (preferred).
- Background in BI, analytics tooling, SQL, Python, and leading data analytic teams (preferred).
