Digital Marketing Specialist - META / Google

<p><strong>Overview:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Facebook - META Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing facebook marketing campaigns for up to 25 clients, encompassing campaign strategy & management, copywriting, client communication, and reporting. This role requires a proactive approach to daily optimizations, strategic insights, and client relationship management through personalized communication and interactive sessions.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Handling all clients Facebook ad accounts, daily adjustments/daily updates in chats. Reporting on good days and high moments.</p><ul><li>Providing results and making adjustments daily if needed. If no adjustments are needed, explaining why no adjustments are needed to them via slack.</li><li>Hoping on a zoom call with each new client to get access and talk over strategy.</li><li>Being available to hop on zoom calls with clients to provide insight and answer ad/strategy related questions</li><li>Employee needs to be able to work without being micromanaged</li><li>Employee needs to be hard working and personable</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Confident setting up and running Google Ads and Meta Ads</li><li>Able to manage 25 accounts</li></ul>
