For Earth For Life BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION Safeguards Kubota’s assets and assesses risk exposure using financial and other reporting analytics. Collects outstanding remittances and consults on business development issues. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines: <ul style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; margin-top: 0px;"> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Performs physical inventory auditing at the direction of the Territory Credit Manager.</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Completes timely collection of floorplan outstanding equipment, curtailment, etc.</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Assists in the preparation and submission of dealership watch list.</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Proactively provides data, information and communication to effectively predict dealership financial status.</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Ensures aged, off-inventory units are registered (R&I) in accordance with Kubota’s aged-unit policies.</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Prepares dealership risk assessment based on financial statement data, audit and sales results.</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Ensures timely collection of dealership financial information</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Provides dealer training on company inventory programs and inventory accounting issues.</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Supplies historical and pro-forma financial analysis to determine dealership eligibility regarding potential new dealership points, addition of Kubota product lines, additional financial products, etc.</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Collects general dealership feedback from time-to-time regarding dealership financial-related training opportunities, Kubota inventory program effectiveness, etc.</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Resolves issues and promotes positive relationships within the assigned territory.</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Other duties as assigned by management.</li> </ul> MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS <ul style="margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt;"> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; text-indent: 2px;">Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or other related degree program preferred: <ul style="margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt;"> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">In lieu of a degree at least 3 years of related inventory analytical experience required.</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">With a degree at least 1 year of related inventory analytical experience required. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; margin-top: 0px;"> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Familiar with financial statement analysis processes.</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Strong background in collections including knowledge of FCRA principles.</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Experienced skills in all facets of inventory analysis and audit procedures.</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and Word as well as other software packages to enter and/or retrieve information. </li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Willing to travel up to 30%.</li> </ul> PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Typical office environment.
