Data Security lead

The successful candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for data security.As Data Security Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building and managing our data security strategy. You will develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security of our data and systems, and work closely with other teams to ensure the security of all data assets.The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of data security, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be experienced in developing and implementing security policies. A degree in computer science or a related field is highly desirable.We are seeking someone who is proactive and well-versed in the latest data security principles and practices. You must be able to think strategically and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security of data and systems. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security controls. Analyze security threats and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate risk. Design and implement data security solutions for both on-premise and cloud-based systems. Stay abreast of the latest developments in data security technologies and best practices. Coordinate with other teams to ensure the security of all data assets. Develop and deliver training programs on data security. Manage and monitor access control systems. Produce reports and metrics on security performance and risk.
