Customer Service Representative (Label Printing Company )
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) on behalf of our client, an established company in the label printing industry. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in label printing and will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate order processing and excellent service from order placement through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding label printing orders
- Accurately process and enter customer orders into the system
- Coordinate with production, prepress, and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates, changes, or issues
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain organized and detailed customer records
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a label printing company
- Strong understanding of label production processes and terminology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order entry systems
