About the job

We are seeking highly skilled Trust & Safety Specialists to join a boutique team focused exclusively on CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) and CSEM (Child Sexual Exploitation Material) casework. These specialists will act as the final decision-makers on appeals- part of the Emergency Response Team/Escalation Team, evaluate the proportionality of enforcement decisions, and identify policy gaps and emerging risks within exceptionally sensitive and high-impact Trust & Safety workflows.

Prior specialist-level experience in CSAM investigations, worked directly with organizations such as NCMEC, MCMC, IWF, Cybersecurity or similar bodies, and who have hands-on experience in raising complaints and tickets directly with these organizations on behalf of the client.

● Interpret comprehensive Trust & Safety policies, applying them with nuance while preserving policy intent.

● Produce structured insights to support policy refinement, enforcement evolution, and model training.

4. Investigations & Risk Assessment

● Conduct deep-dive investigations into user patterns, behavioral signals, metadata, account histories, and contextual cues.

● Detect grooming behaviors, anomalous activity, and high-risk indicators.

● Collaborate with Legal/Compliance stakeholders when appropriate, following strict confidentiality and CSAM-handling protocols.

5. Quality, Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship

● Support calibration sessions to maintain consistency across specialist teams.

● Contribute to case libraries showcasing exemplary decision-making and precedent-setting cases.
