Content Moderator (Bahasa Melayu & English Support)

• *About the Role**

Teleperformance Malaysia is looking for a dedicated Content Moderator to join our team in Petaling Jaya. In this role, you will help ensure a safe and positive online environment by reviewing and moderating user-generated content in both Bahasa Melayu and English.

• *Key Responsibilities
• Review and moderate user-generated content in line with company policies
• Identify and remove inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content promptly
• Provide feedback to improve moderation processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex issues
• Maintain accurate moderation records and documentation
• Stay updated on content moderation trends and best practices
• *Requirements
• Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English
• Strong attention to detail and content evaluation skills
• Good judgment and problem-solving ability
• Familiarity with moderation standards (preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle sensitive content professionally
• *Position Details
• Location: PJ, Block D, Kompleks Kelana Centre Point (KCP)
• Schedule: 5 days/week
• Hours: 24/7 rotational shifts (9 hours/day including 1-hour break)
