<p><strong>Consultant Duties & Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul> <li>Conduct industry research and market analysis to inform strategies</li> <li>Work directly with clients to pinpoint areas of importance, develop actionable strategies, and implement recommendations</li> <li>Work closely with project team to set objectives and manage milestones to ensure delivery on time</li> <li>Independently prepare high-quality deliverables in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio and other tools as needed </li> <li>Embrace teamwork with strong interpersonal skills</li> <li>Entrepreneurial mindset to contribute to the growth of a new organization</li> <li>Travel as needed for business or client needs</li> </ul>
<p><strong>Management Consultant Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul> <li>A Bachelor’s degree in business or science related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience in life science consulting</li> <li>Preferably depth of knowledge in one or more of the following therapeutic areas: Oncology, Neurology, Immunology, Cell & Gene, Rare Disease</li> <li>Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical patient services/hub operations highly valued</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication abilities</li> <li>Experience using AI tools </li> <li>Independently manage tasks assigned and collaborative attitude</li> <li>Enhanced skills using PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio</li> <li>Proven project management experience</li> </ul>
