Community Partnerships Account Executive - Outbound (Part-time, remote)

(non-profit) has introduced 5000+ under-resourced young adults to 1000+ CEOs and their Hiring Managers, helping them discover and gain confidence in their natural abilities and expand their career possibilities.

To help us continue to grow we need your help approaching qualified high schools, work-readys and colleges. Then organizing these under-resourced young adults into many sessions with our CEOs and their Hiring Managers.

What You'll Do

You'll:

  • Conduct outbound outreach to schools, nonprofits, and community organizations by phone, email, and referrals
  • Schedule introductory meetings.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospective partners.
  • Convert conversations into active partnerships.

Compensation

Part-Time | Remote $25/hour, with performance bonuses to $40/hour

Requirements

  • Five (5) or more years with one employer/organization demonstrating increasing responsibility (required).
  • Excellent phone and zoom presence and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office.
  • Personal computer with camera and reliable high-speed internet.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
