Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. Represents a positive bank image through community engagement. Accountable for responsive, compliant, and confidential delivery of service to customers. Responsible for the profitability, growth and risk management of an existing loan portfolio. Works closely with team, other bank divisions, and bank leadership to develop, monitor, and achieve branch and regional goals. In this position, 30% to 40% of an applicants performance will be measured on emphasis and outcomes related to business development, with the remaining balance of performance based on portfolio management, continuing education/training, leadership/community involvement or other special projects as assigned. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** <ul><li> Build and maintain relationships with all customers, prospective </li></ul>customers, team members, and community partners. <ul><li> Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating the Landmark </li></ul>National Bank commitment*To be champions and catalysts for our communities*, which begins with addressing customer and prospect commercial loan and treasury management needs with a prompt and timely response. <ul><li> Implement a business development plan that includes active outreach </li></ul>to current and prospective customers, while achieving bank profitability and growth goals, and meeting bank risk management objectives. <ul><li> Learn and execute the Landmark National Bank sales process to win </li></ul>commercial loans and treasury management opportunities that expand existing or close prospective banking relationships, including participation in the regional weekly sales meeting and pipeline activity reports. <ul><li> Strengthen the banks relationship promise through the cross-sale of </li></ul>various commercial banking and treasury management services, as well as retail banking and mortgage banking referrals when appropriate. <ul><li> Demonstrate sound business judgement, when collecting and analyzing </li></ul>data to make informed decisions. <ul><li> Experienced in approving or denying loan applications within loan </li></ul>approval authority, bank policies and guidelines. <ul><li> Be an engaged participant as a voting member on a regional loan </li></ul>committee. <ul><li> Learn and comply with internal controls, operational procedures, and </li></ul>risk management policies, including regular audits and internal loan reviews. <ul><li> Collaborate with your team, other bank divisions, and bank </li></ul>leadership to develop, monitor, and achieve branch and regional goals. <ul><li> Manage your professional improvement through the utilization of the </li></ul>quarterly Job Progress Plan and consistently meet minimum, target and optimum levels of performance. <ul><li> Engage in Landmark National Bank culture initiatives and team </li></ul>success activities, including daily huddles, weekly sales meetings, and Celebration events. <ul><li> Represent Landmark National Bank through community engagement to </li></ul>advance the banks reputation both during and after business hours. <ul><li> Represent the bank well in the community.</li><li> Adhere to bank policies and procedures.</li><li> Performs other duties and projects as assigned.</li></ul>
