It's the reason people stay.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Client Success Manager: the most important non-sales hire we make.</p><p><br></p><p>You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients. PT clinic owners from across the country who are smart, driven, and often stretched too thin. Your job is to be their accountability coach, their guide, and sometimes, their honest mirror.</p><p><br></p><p>You understand the world they came from because you lived it. You know what it feels like to be the owner, the director, the person everyone leans on. Now you'll use that to help them build something better, without ever touching a patient again.</p><p><br></p><p>This role is fully remote. Non-treating. No nights. No weekends.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO</strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Own the client relationship from onboarding to renewal</p><p>• Guide clinic owners through our training frameworks and coaching calls</p><p>• Catch problems before they become churn</p><p>• Coordinate with our internal media buying, SEO, and coaching teams to ensure seamless client experience</p><p>• Recognize when a client is ready to level up and make that transition smooth</p><p><br></p><p>Communication is non-negotiable here. Speed matters. Follow-through is everything.</p><p><br></p><p>If you've ever let something slip through the cracks and told yourself "I'll handle it tomorrow" then this role isn't for you. The people who thrive here are the ones who close loops before anyone has to ask twice.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHO THRIVES HERE</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Former PT clinic directors and practice managers have a major edge in this role. You already speak the language. You've managed the chaos.
