Client-Centred Rehabilitation Counsellor Role

Make a meaningful impact as a Rehabilitation Counsellor with the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. This position focuses on treatment services for individuals and families experiencing addiction challenges.

Reporting to the Program Supervisor, this role requires a commitment to client-centred care. You will conduct intake assessments, provide counselling, and develop treatment plans. Requirements: • Minimum one-year supervised counselling experience required • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related field • Experience with Motivational Interviewing techniques • Active member of a regulatory body • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
