Client-Centred Rehabilitation Counsellor Role

Reporting to the Program Supervisor, this role requires a commitment to client-centred care. You will conduct intake assessments, provide counselling, and develop treatment plans. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct intake and assessments for clients in need • Provide counselling and develop tailored treatment plans • Manage cases and facilitate referrals as needed • Deliver educational sessions to support client recovery • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team for comprehensive care
Requirements: • Minimum one-year supervised counselling experience required • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related field • Experience with Motivational Interviewing techniques • Active member of a regulatory body • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
