Business Analyst, Data and Process Insights

<p>We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Data and Process Insights team at Cloudflare. This role will be responsible for leveraging data to generate insights and drive process improvements that can measurably improve our customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of customer experience and process improvement, and a passion for using technology to drive customer success.To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. You should also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related field.
