We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper - Client Accounting Specialist to join our team in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and performing all aspects of bookkeeping and client accounting services, ensuring clarity and completeness in financial records, and supporting the diverse accounting needs of our clients.
- Manage and deliver a full spectrum of bookkeeping services to our clients, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation and payroll management. This position focuses heavily on supporting our clients with their paper invoice intake, vendor payment processing and paper check issuance for clients utilizing traditional AP workflows, as well as utilizing online systems
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique process and provide tailored accounting solutions.
- Work with clients from varied backgrounds such as restaurants, professional services, and nonprofits
- Minimum of 3 years experience in payroll managing accounts payable or payroll
- Familiarity with accounting software and online financial tools.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with clients.
Experienced Accounts Payable Specialist $20 - $25 per hour, based on experience
