Associate Specialist – FP&A (Finance Analyst)

About the roleWe are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Finance Analyst to join our Finance team in Bangalore. You will work cross‑functionally to deliver insightful analytics and influential reporting packages that drive financial performance.Key responsibilitiesLead FP&A reporting and analysis for orders, sales, gross margin, OPEX, forecasts and budgets.Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad‑hoc reports with insights on drivers, risks, opportunities, FX and macro trends.Track key metrics such as organic sales growth, EBITDA, backlog, takt time, gross‑to‑net sales, AR, DSO, DIO, cash flow and inventory.Perform variance analysis for R&D and SG&A and develop dashboards for sales, orders and inventory performance.Partner with finance leaders and FP&A teams to standardise reporting, enhance analytics and drive automation and process improvements.Required profileMBA in Finance or professional qualification (CMA, CA).4–6 years of relevant FP&A experience.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication.Collaborative team player able to manage multiple tasks.Self‑motivated, proactive and eager to learn.Required skillsPower BIMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft PowerPointFinancial modellingData analysis toolsWhat we offerHybrid work mode (Hebbal, Bangalore).Competitive pay and benefits benchmarked against peers.Well‑being programs supporting physical and financial health.
