This role will focus on building controlled AI-assisted pipelines that enhance animation quality, improve production efficiency, and support large-scale creative output while maintaining strong artistic consistency. It is best suited for a highly technical creator who is experienced with generative media tools, workflow optimization, and anime-inspired visual production.<h2 style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:24px;margin-bottom:5px;">About the Role</h2>As our AI Animator, you will help bridge traditional animation techniques with modern AI-assisted production workflows. You will build and manage systems that support animation generation, visual consistency, motion refinement, and asset processing while collaborating closely with artists and animation leads to ensure outputs align with established visual standards.This role is critical in helping the studio scale production efficiently without sacrificing artistic quality. Success in this position means building reliable AI pipelines, maintaining strong visual consistency across generated assets, improving animation workflows, and helping the creative team integrate new technologies into production in a practical and controlled way.
