Accountant - UK and India

I am looking for an Indian accountant with UK accounting qualifications (will be checked + references from other UK customers are needed) + Indian accounting experience.

UK - Small SaaS/software company, currently using seperate UK bookeeper and accountant, want to consolidate and cut costs.

India - Need to register an Indian subsidiary company. This company is just a vehicle for employing a small offshore team, it will only receive one invoice per month from the UK parent company who will be it's only customer.

As a foreign owned company the Indian company will be sugject to International Transfer pricing for corporate Taxation...which I believe as a small business can be done on a fixed rate of showing a 15% profit.

I am potentially looking at using accounts-os(dot)com as accounting software for both companies (relatively new AI native accounting software supported for 28 different countries including UK and India).

I have a preference for working with a reliable/quality freelancer or very small team ....I have no interest in working with larger companies/agencies at this time.
